Renuka Singh, Richa Ghosh left out; Shreyanka Patil ignored as India name women's team for Bangladesh tour

NEW DELHI: India announced an 18-member Indian women's cricket team for the upcoming limited-overs tour of Bangladesh, set to commence on July 9 in Mirpur. Right-arm pacer Renuka Singh and Richa Ghosh were excluded from the squad, while young off-spinner Shreyanka Patil did not receive a selection nod.

Harmanpreet Kaur will continue to lead the side, while Smriti Mandhana has been appointed as her deputy for the tour.
