Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will inaugurate the renovated Laxminarasimha Swamy temple at Yadadri on Monday.
The CM will take part in connected rituals during the opening.
Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Mahesh Bhagwat on Sunday reviewed the security arrangements at the temple. He inspected the temple premises and instructed officials to make fool-proof arrangements for the inauguration.
Speaking to the media, he said that the inauguration ceremony would be provided with proper security protocols by the Rachakonda Police and CCTV cameras have been installed across the temple.
Mr. Bhagwat said that a dedicated team from SPF will be deployed. All devotees will be checked thoroughly as per protocol to avoid unwanted incidents. According to him, proper bandobust has been made by the police.
“SHE teams will also be deployed for protection and safety of women devotees,” he said, adding that devotees must follow the security protocol.
