A body found last weekend in Breathitt County has been identified as one of the women who went missing in this summer’s flooding. Breathitt County Coroner Hargis Epperson confirmed the remains found in the Clayhole community are that of 29-year-old Nancy Cundiff.
With this identification, its expected the official death toll from the historic floods will rise to 41.
Still missing more than two months after the flooding is 60-year-old Vanessa Baker.
