Fulham have confirmed that Reiss Nelson will wear the No19 shirt this season after his move from Arsenal.
The winger completed a loan switch to Fulham in a chaotic conclusion to deadline day, as the Gunners brought in Raheem Sterling and allowed Nelson to leave in the final hours of the window.
Reports initially suggested that Nelson was set to join Ipswich on loan, but he has instead made the move to Craven Cottage for the rest of the season.
The 24-year-old has been given the No19 shirt, previously worn by Rodrigo Muniz. It had been vacant after the striker, Fulham’s top scorer last season, took over the number nine shirt earlier this summer.

Nelson had the No24 shirt at Arsenal, though that has been taken at Fulham by teenager Josh King and means the winger has been forced into a change.
Ivan Cavaleiro and Ademola Lookman are among those to have previously worn Fulham’s No19 shirt, along with the likes of Mahamadou Diarra and Adel Taarabt.
Nelson will hope to hit the ground running in his new surroundings, with familiar faces in the dressing room on hand to help him settle in.
Emile Smith also made the move across London from Arsenal this summer, his a permanent deal for a fee that could reach £34million.
Fulham midfielder Alex Iwobi is also a former team-mate of Nelson’s, having come through the Arsenal academy before leaving the club in 2019.
