Refurbished Leeds offices in prime city centre area bought by new owner in 6-figure deal

A prime Leeds city centre office space has been purchased as part of a six-figure deal. One Park Court, which was owned by Countylarge is a 3,805 sqft property described as a "swift" sale.

The sale was conducted by property and construction advisors Fox Lloyd Jones. Countrylarge had owned and managed the property at 42 Park Cross Street since 2019 and had overseen recent refurbishment.

Wizu and the former owners agreed a 10-year lease on the property guaranteeing Akbar Property Investment seven percent in rent payments, BusinessLive reports.
