Former Newham mayor Sir Robin Wales and ex-councillor Clive Furness have officially joined Reform UK, shaking up the political scene in east London.

Furness has been named Reform’s candidate for mayor of Newham, while Sir Robin takes on the role of London director of local Government for the party.
