Premier League officials have been confirmed for the final game of the season as Stuart Attwell has been appointed the referee for Everton's crunch match with Bournemouth.
The Blues need to win to cement their place in next season's Premier League as they battle Leeds United and Leicester City to beat the drop to the Championship. As it stands, two points separate Sean Dyche's side with the Foxes and Sam Allardyce's side.
Like 1994 and 1998, relegation from the English top-flight will be settled on the final day of the season for Everton. The Cherries visit Goodison Park having already seen off the Blues twice this season and with their safety secured.

Attwell will be in the middle for the biggest game in recent history in L4 with Constantine Hatzidakis and James Mainwaring running the respective lines. Michael Oliver will be in position in Stockley Park should VAR be needed to intervene.
Elsewhere, Leeds host struggling Tottenham Hotspur. Ryan Mason has been given the role of caretaker manager until the end of the season for the north London club but their fortunes haven't improved.
Last time out they slumped to a 3-1 defeat in their final home game of the season to Brentford despite Harry Kane's smart free-kick putting them in front.
Spurs have fell away from the European places during their slump as most associate with the club have their eyes firmly set on the season-ending.
Anthony Taylor will be involved at Elland Road with Gary Beswick and Adam Nunn as assistant referees while Michael Salisbury will be the VAR official.
Leicester City are the closest opposition to Everton after their draw with Newcastle United on Monday. The Magpies enjoyed large spells of possession at St James' Park but Timothy Castagne almost snatched the win for Dean Smith's side with a volley in stoppage time.
The Foxes have an advantage in terms of goal difference should they win and Everton draw. Blues will be hoping former manager David Moyes can do another favour, as he did on Sunday beating Leeds 4-1 at the London Stadium.
Simon Hooper will be in charge with Adrian Holmes and Richard West as his assistants. Chris Kavanagh will be on VAR for the encounter.
