Reese Witherspoon insisted she doesn't see the resemblance between her and her daughter Ava Phillippe.
Fans have been telling the Oscar winner, 46, and her lookalike firstborn, 22, that they look the same.
She shares Ava and her 18-year-old son Deacon with her ex-husband Ryan Phillipe. She also has 10-year-old Tennessee with her husband, Jim Toth.
The actress made an appearance on Today with hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager, who referred to her and Ava as 'twins'.
"She and I don’t see [the resemblance] that much," she told the hosts.
Reese isn't the only person who doesn't agree with the doppelganger comparisons made on the internet.
Her ex-husband, Ryan, thinks the resemblance is more on his side of the family.
"Obviously, there is a father-son resemblance," Ryan said of Deacon.
He added that the teen 'actually looks a lot more like Reese’s side of the family. Ava looks more like mine.'
Ryan and Reese agree with each other when it comes to their children's resemblances.
"Quite often, the interpretation in the media is that she looks exactly like her mom and he looks exactly like me, but I think we both feel differently about it," he previously shared with E! Online.
Last year, the actress openly admitted that she loves being mistaken for her daughter.
The Hollywood star told Gayle King for InStyle : "Well, I love being mistaken for her because it makes me feel so young.

"I am so proud of her. She really rolls with it. I'm sure it's not easy looking exactly like your mother."
Gayle quickly corrected the actress, saying: "Reese, stop it! When Mama looks like you, it is very easy."
As for whether Ava wants to follow in her mum’s footsteps and enter the world of showbiz, Reese said she is currently "studying and trying to find herself".
She also said Ava is "so down-to-earth" and hoping to do "great things in the world".
