What is Red Nose Day?
According to the official Red Nose Day website, it is an "annual fundraising campaign to end the cycle of child poverty and ensure a healthy future for all children.
"Through the power of entertainment, we bring people together to laugh and have fun, while raising money and awareness to ensure all children are safe, healthy, educated, and empowered in the U.S. and abroad.
"Since our debut in 2015, we have raised over $275 million and have positively impacted over 30 million children in America, and around the world."
Why do we wear a red nose?
