A newly revamped office block in the heart of Birmingham's business district has welcomed its second tenant.
Recruitment agency ReThink has taken a 2,041 sq ft suite for five years on the second floor of Northspring in Temple Street. The firm joins fellow recruitment agency Ashley James which moved into the building last year.
Northspring is the new name for 31 Temple Street which was the home of law firm Irwin Mitchell for many years until it relocated to The Colmore Building in 2020.
The renovation project has created 23 separate office suites alongside new facilities for tenants such as a business lounge, a screening room, podcast studio and private booths for video calls.
There is also parking with electric vehicle charging points, a gym and changing rooms, prayer room, cycle storage and a repair station and a roof terrace for events is due to open soon.
The building is part of the Northspring portfolio, with properties across the UK including Manchester and Leeds, with tenants allowed to work in other sites across the group.
