Recording studio used by chart topping artists back on the market

A recording studio in Liverpool that has been used by chart topping artists has been put back on the market.

Crash Rehearsal Studios has a guide price of £820,000 and is being marketed by Auction House North West.

Stars such as The Zutons, Atomic Kitten, Lou Reed and Echo and the Bunnymen had used the Davies Street venue since it first opened in 1987.
