Rebel Moon Director's Cut Reveals Fate Of Admiral Noble

Rebel Moon movie

The upcoming director's cut of Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver is set to shed light on the fate of Admiral Atticus Noble, portrayed by Ed Skrein. Director Zack Snyder, known for his extended cuts, is working on director's cuts for both Rebel Moon films, expected to be released on Netflix in 2024. These versions will be longer, contain additional material, and be rated R compared to the current PG-13 cuts.

In a recent interview, Skrein confirmed that Noble is indeed dead after being beheaded by Kora in The Scargiver, indicating that even the Imperium's technology won't be able to revive him this time. The director's cut is expected to provide more clarity on Noble's fate compared to the PG-13 version.

Looking ahead, with Noble out of the picture, the Rebel Moon franchise will need a new villain for Kora and her allies to face. Regent Balisarius, the tyrannical leader of the Imperium, emerges as a potential antagonist following Noble's demise. Balisarius, who orchestrated the deaths of the royal family, is set to play a significant role in the future of the franchise.

Snyder envisions the Rebel Moon series as a trilogy, with the first two films serving as the initial installment. With Noble's story concluded, Balisarius is poised to become the primary threat in the upcoming sequels. The third film is expected to focus on the hunt for Princess Issa, a key plot point that will likely bring Balisarius into direct conflict with Kora and the resistance.

Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver is currently available for streaming on Netflix, continuing the saga of Kora and her allies as they prepare to defend their homeland against the forces of the Realm. As the rebellion grows stronger, new heroes emerge, forging unbreakable bonds and shaping the legends of the ongoing struggle.
