Former Atlanta-based reality stars Todd and Julie Chrisley entered separate federal prisons Tuesday after last year’s conviction on multiple bank fraud and tax evasion offenses.
The couple tried to appeal but their last-ditch effort to delay the prison sentence wasn’t successful.
The Chrisleys lived in Atlanta when the crimes allegedly occurred. They moved to Nashville, Tennessee, in 2016. Their comedic reality show “Chrisley Knows Best” was a hit for USA Network since 2014, often highlighting their lavish lifestyle, and continued to air new episodes last year. The show has since been canceled.
