The couple bought their first house at the age of 19 and enjoyed a lavish lifestyle, flying around the world and dressing in designer clothes. To the outside world, it seemed like they had it all - but for Danielle, those trappings of wealth meant she didn't feel she could reach out for help when she and her ex-Everton player husband needed it most.
