Former Manchester City midfielder David Silva is one of seven Real Sociedad players who will miss Thursday's crucial Europa League clash with Manchester United.
The La Liga side currently sit top of Group E having won all of their group-stage matches thus far, including a slender 1-0 victory over United at Old Trafford. However, six of the players who either started or played some part in that game will not feature against the Reds this time around.
Silva missed last weekend's defeat against Real Betis and is expected to miss out again on Thursday. Elsewhere, Takefusa Kubo, Ander Barrenetxea, Momo Cho, Aihen Munoz, Mikel Oyarzabal and Umar Sadiq will also be missing.

Erik ten Hag's team will be buoyed by the news of Sociedad's struggles ahead of the final match of this year's group stages. United need to beat their Spanish opponents by two or more goals to secure top spot in the group and avoid a two-legged play-off tie with a Champions League drop-out in the new year.
United could have Anthony Martial back available for the game in Spain, but Brazilian winger Antony and England's Jadon Sancho look set to miss out after they were absent from United's opening training session on Wednesday morning.
