Real Sociedad left-back Aihen Munoz says he found it “difficult” to fend off the attacks of Antony and other Manchester United teammates during Thursday’s Europa League win.
The visitors had failed to score against the Reds in their four previous meetings but snatched the three points thanks to the awarding of a dubious penalty.
Antony netted a debut goal against Arsenal on Sunday but was unable to make a significant mark on Thursday's match before exiting the game on 71 minutes.

That said, Munoz still found him a handful. After full-time, when asked by AS how it was to face Antony, he replied: “Covering these players is very difficult.”
Munoz also outlined how Sociedad were able to claim their first ever win over United: “With intense minutes,” he added. “We were very brave, we were aggressive up front.”
The hosts edged the possession but had more than double the number of shots than Sociedad (15 to seven). But both sides mustered just three shots on goal.
The game was decided by a questionable penalty, which was awarded when the officials adjudged Lisandro Martinez to have handled the ball after it flicked up off his knee. There was no post-match media in light of the death of The Queen as a period of national mourning begins.
