Real Madrid is reportedly keen on delaying the announcement of Kylian Mbappe's move to the club this week. Mbappe has informed Paris Saint-Germain that he will not renew his contract, which expires on June 30. The Frenchman is expected to join Real Madrid after failed attempts in 2017 and 2022.

Speculation surrounds the timing of the announcement, with Madrid considering various options. One possibility is to make the announcement after the Champions League final on June 1, or after the Euros on July 14. Mbappe is eager to reveal his next destination, but Madrid and his entourage prefer to wait.
