West Ham midfielder Declan Rice is set to be hot property this summer and Real Madrid could now join Chelsea and Manchester United in the race for his signature.
Rice has shot to prominence as one of the Premier League's best midfielders over the past two seasons and the Hammers will be braced for plenty of transfer interest this summer.
But the east Londoners are not going to let their academy graduate leave on the cheap and have set a price-tag of £100 million on the player.
It is a valuation that has been the subject of much debate but David Moyes believes that, if anything, the club have undervalued the 23-year-old.
“I said in the summer that I thought Declan Rice was £100million. That was the sales, that was cheap, that was your chance to get Declan Rice cheap," Moyes said at the start of February.
"Declan Rice is right up with some of the best players I’ve certainly had. It’s his potential as well to get better because of his age. There’s a potential for him to improve and mature better because of his age.

"When you’re 23 years old and you’re playing a number of games, there’s a lot of room for that to improve.
“If you look at the England squad in the Euros who lost in the final, it would be hard to suggest that Declan Rice hasn’t played as well as any other England player since those finals.”
But the world's elite clubs continue to circle.
Chelsea have been widely reported to be interested in Rice for a long time now and with the player previously playing in the Blues academy, they may feel they have an advantage.
Thomas Tuchel is also looking to bolster his midfield for the future with both Jorginho and N'Golo Kante entering their 30s.
But with Manchester United and Manchester City also eyeing the midfielder, he will not come cheap. Now, according to transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio, Real Madrid could also be tempted to put in an offer.
The journalist reports that Carlo Ancelotti is a huge admirer of Rice's, which could lead Los Blancos into the race.
“If there will be the possibility to have him (Declan Rice), Ancelotti will be in the race," Di Marzio said in an interview with Wettfreunde.
"I don't know which strategy will Real Madrid will have in the future - it depends on some players staying or going. For sure, Carlo Ancelotti likes him very much.
“I know Carlo Ancelotti loves him (Declan Rice). Carlo Ancelotti could be the perfect coach to have him in Real Madrid.
"Real Madrid could be perfect for him because their coach loves him in an incredible way.”
