Real Madrid hand Arsenal Serge Gnabry transfer hope as Tottenham aim to steal Youri Tielemans

Arsenal have a big transfer window ahead of them and need to position themselves for a strong challenge on the top four and venture into the Europa League. Strengthening the striking and midfield areas will be absolutely crucial.

With many players expected to leave Arsenal in the summer, adding strength in depth will also be key. Bernd Leno, Nicolas Pepe and Alexandre Lacazette are all looking likely not to be at the club next season.

There is an expectation that there will be funds available to Mikel Arteta. With that in mind, football.london has taken a look at the latest names linked with a move to the Emirates.

Serge Gnabry

Bayern Munich have struggled to agree a new deal with Germany international and former Arsenal player Serge Gnabry. It is said the 26-year-old would be available for as little as €40million (£34million), a very accessible figure for the Gunners.

It was thought that Real Madrid would be the main contenders for Gnabry this summer. However, even after missing out on Kylian Mbappe, they are not expected to pursue another winger this season.

Therefore, should Arsenal want to pursue a move as has been touted, their pathway to the Bayern star would be clear. Unless any other club decides to take advantage of the situation of course.

Youri Tielemans

Arsenal have been dealt a potential transfer blow by North London rivals Tottenham, according to ESPN. After pipping Arsenal to the Champions League places, Spurs will look to try and take primary midfield target Youri Tielemans away from the Gunners.

Alvaro Morata

Atletico Madrid are looking for £24million to let Alvaro Morata leave this summer, amid links to Arsenal, according to Calciomercato. The Spaniard has been touted with a potential move to the Gunners in the past and his low price may finally tempt them.

Ruben Neves

Manchester United are making a final push in a bid to sign Ruben Neves this summer, according to The Sun . Arsenal had been linked with the Portuguese midfielder last summer and would risk losing the Wolves player to their top-four rivals.
