Hundreds of Real Madrid fans have brought one of Manchester's busiest streets to a standstill with jubilant scenes. Supporters are making their way to the Etihad Stadium for tonight's crucial Champions League clash with Manchester City.
There is everything to play for in tonight's second leg semi-final, after the 1-1 draw in Madrid. And judging by the scenes in Manchester city centre this evening, the away fans are excited for the night ahead.
A huge crowd gathered outside Manchester Arndale on Withy Grove with flags and cups of beer. Then on cue, the fans began jumping up and down, and launching their drinks into the sky.

Other supporters have been seen singing and chanting as they make their way through the city centre. Flares have been lit as fans travel through town.
City are hoping to reach the Champions League final, where fans will be hoping to get their hands on the famous trophy for the first time. But tonight's clash won't be easy.
Real Madrid are the current Champions League holders and have won the European Cup on 14 occasions. Ahead of the game, City boss Pep Guardiola said: "The players have to make an incredible performance to beat Madrid.
"I have an idea to be more different, more fluid in attack. It will happen naturally at home, we feel free, doesn't matter, we go. That's a feeling we have."
