Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed he will have Eduardo Camavinga available to face Manchester City on Wednesday evening after the midfielder was forced off against Getafe over the weekend.
Camavinga returned to his more natural midfield role in a much-changed side on Saturday, following a stint at left-back. But despite helping his side to a 1-0 win, the 20-year-old was forced off in the final minutes with a knee injury.
Ancelotti said shortly after the win that he hoped to have the French international fit for the crucial Champions League semi-final at City, with the sides currently level at 1-1 after last week's opening tie at the Bernabeu.

Ahead of the game, the Madrid boss was asked about an earlier comment in which he appeared to suggest Antonio Rudiger would start in defence, confirming Camavinga's availability in his response.
"Misunderstanding! I thought he was referring to Rodrygo," Ancelotti said. "Rüdiger can play, of course, like Militão or Camavinga... it's a decision I have to make. But it was a misunderstanding and I apologise. I thought we were talking about Rodrygo."
Ancelotti may feel slightly unlucky not to have flown to Manchester with a first-leg lead after seeing his side do well to keep City quiet for most of the first leg.
Pep Guardiola's side rarely threatened for the first hour, needing a pinpoint long-range effort from Kevin De Bruyne to level things after Vinicius Jr. opened the scoring. And Ancelotti is hoping for a similar performance at the Etihad, with some minor improvements.
"In the first leg we managed to have possession of the ball from the back," the Italian added. "It was tough for City to get hold of the ball. That's quite an important aspect tomorrow. If we can have more possession of the ball than them, there is less of a risk in terms of defensive situations. If we have the ball we are under less threat.
"Tomorrow will not be so different from the first leg. As I said, we want to improve some things compared to last week. Manchester City have the best team in Europe at the moment and it will be an exciting duel."
