The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley has reached 99 days of sobriety and beamed as she shared the news.
The model who first found fame gracing the covers of lads magazines from 2002 has been open about her struggles in recent years, as well as suffering from a breakdown.
In a bid to combat the stress around her, the 41-year-old walked away from the ITVBe programme and also turned her back on alcohol and her partying days.
Now, the mum-of-four can often be found cheering her children on from the side of a football pitch as well as raising awareness for ADHD.
Taking to her Instagram account, Tanya shared a new snap as she gazed towards the camera, boasting a natural glow.
She penned: "99 days sober today. I had 99 problems and getting sober solved 95 of them.
"Thank you to my beautiful angel amazing friend who is the king of recovery @dj_fattony_ for helping me get to this point.
"I had a big wobble this weekend with the sun out and having no kids but I don't want to get back of the hamster wheel of death [sic]."
Tanya continued: "Drunk beer fear, anxiety, depressed, drama, sick, tired, then feel better then back to drunk.
"Any tips or advice on getting through wobbles greatly welcome."
The football mum was flooded with messages of support, with her co-star and pal Deborah Davies commenting: "We got to Anglesey last night, calm sea, blue sky, dogs chilling on the decking, Pete went to the pub, I said I wasn’t going, had no alcohol, I love sparkling water with a slice of Sicilian lemon."
While Lystra Adams shared a string of clapping and heart emojis.
"Proud of you Bardo, you're an inspiration," gushed another.
Before a fan added: "Wow!!! Well done Tanya!! So proud of you."
Tanya previously opened up about her struggles which saw her collapse while suffering a breakdown due to the stressful environments she found herself in.
Speaking previously to the Daily Star, she said: "The doctors said I couldn't have any stress and then I left the Housewives and got rid of the shop.
"I just went back to basics, I had a breakdown and sort of breaking free now, I might eventually get another shop back, it is in some stores and it's online but that has a lot of people to look after it."
She went on to say that she was in "a bad way" while filming the show, explaining: "Part of ADHD, I was always taking on more stuff and with the Housewives, I have enough arguments in my own head so I don't have any space to have any other arguments with other people."
