Real Housewives of Miami alumnus Lauren Foster has admitted she never understood what pal Lisa Hochstein saw in ex-husband Lenny Hochstein.
Lisa, 40, and Lenny, 56, married in 2009 but became embroiled in a bitter divorce battle last year, which played out on season five of the hit reality series.
The nasty split was the talk of the latest reunion show this week as co-star Larsa Pippen opened up to host Andy Cohen about how the signs were there years ago when Lisa allegedly caught Lenny in the hot tub with his new girlfriend.
However, speaking to the Mirror, model Lauren reckons it's good riddance to "unpleasant" Lenny.
The model, who starred in season two and three, said it's a good thing that the couple had eventually gone their separate ways, claiming he had been "threatening her with divorce for 15 years".
Lauren said: "He's been like, you know, dangling this carrot in front of her. You know, saying 'I'll divorce you if you don't do this. I'll divorce you if you don't do that'. So to me, it just seems a little much."
She added: "It was a strange, I suppose weird, marriage. Whenever he would be around and film with us he wasn't very pleasant. He wasn't very nice.
"I never really got and understood it. Like, she's a beautiful girl. Why is she with this old guy who looks like he's been laminated?
"He's not a particularly lovely man. And she's really sweet. I love Lisa. She's adorable."
However, Lauren did admit that life in front of the camera can often take its toll on couples.
"It does destroy some relationships," she confessed, before admitting she believes men are less likely to want to be involved in any "drama" that may play out on television.
"Most men don't really want to be on television," she claimed. "And you know, the wives are very into it because they make money. They make a lot of money. And they can brand themselves and you know, have futures whereas the husbands don't really want that."
Speaking of her own experience, she added: "I've dated a couple of guys and they're like 'well, I don't want to be on the show. I don't went to be on camera.
"They do get a little nervous that there's gonna be a lot more attention on them than usual."
Ahead of part two of the reunion show, Lauren also admitted that if she were to ever return to the show, fans could expect fireworks once again.
