Real Housewives star Kyle Richards has been teetotal for seven months, as she undergoes a dramatic lifestyle overhaul.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 54, has made lifestyle changes including a daily gym routine, focusing on diet and cutting out alcohol.
The star, who has been known for her tensions in the glam reality show, has shared snippets of her body transformation on social media with bikini snaps from a holiday getaway last month.
The renewed focus on health and fitness comes as RHOBH took a break last year following an explosive season that had viewers hooked on controversies amidst the cast.
Kyle, who has been a longstanding member of the reality show since 2010 and is the only original member of the cast, spoke out about her new lifestyle changes.
During an Instagram live to her four million Instagram followers, Kyle said: "Truth is I don't miss it at all."
She added that she's been sober for seven months with no plans to take up drinking again as she said: "I feel amazing so don't see the point right now."
Kyle has also come under fire for rumours her weight loss and lifestyle changes is credited to the use of US prescription drug Ozempic, which she fiercely denies.
In an interview with ExtraTV, Kyle admitted she "cannot stand people saying" the drug is responsible for her body transformation.
She explained: "People that know me know that I'm up every day at like 5:30 a.m., 6 a.m. at the latest … I'm in the gym for two hours.
"I really put a lot of effort into my diet and exercise and taking care of myself, so when people like to think I took the easy way out, it's frustrating."
Whilst critics question her methods for losing weight, Kyle has admitted it's hard to ignore the haters as she added: "Sometimes I turn my cheek the other way and ignore it, but I work really hard and it really bothers me, and I would like to be able to be an inspiration to people.
"So don't think I took the easy way out."
Kyle's focus on her body and self comes after the twelfth season, which ended in 2022, took its toll as the star revealed she "hated" the last year of filming RHOBH and said stories were often shown from just one person's point of view.
Following a controversial season, fellow star Lisa Rinna decided to take a step back from the show.
Producers have not yet confirmed if she will be replaced in the upcoming seasons.
