New Everton signing Neal Maupay says he wants to help take the club 'back to where it belongs' after completing the move from Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion.
The forward joins the Blues for an undisclosed fee and has signed a three-year deal with the club, up until 2025, with the option of a further year. Maupay will not be available to face Brentford on Saturday, however, as he wasn't registered before Friday's 12pm deadline.
The former French youth international is Everton 's sixth signing of the summer as he joins James Tarkowski, Ruben Vinagre, Dwight McNeil, Conor Coady and Amadou Onana through the door. Frank Lampard has been in great need of attacking reinforcement this summer, after the departure of Richarlison to Tottenham, and Maupay says he will 'give everything' to bring success to the club.
