After a bunch of smoke surrounding Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud leading up to the NFL draft, he was still one of the top selections of the day.
Stroud would be selected second overall by the Houston Texans, who would also make a move up for the top defensive player one pick later.
The series of moves for the Texans set them up with a fantastic young core and a player, Stroud, who has the ability to lead them for a long time.
