Virat Kohli and Krunal Pandya added solid contributions of 43 runs each, while Devdutt Padikkal chipped in with 30.

In response, Gujarat Titans collapsed early, slipping to 51/5 despite a quickfire 29 off 11 balls from Jos Buttler. Rahul Tewatia tried to steady the chase with a fighting 68 off 43, but the damage was already done. GT were eventually bowled out for 162 in 19.3 overs.
