Arsenal celebrated their return to Europe’s elite club competition for the first time in six years with a 4-0 rout of PSV Eindhoven on matchday one and will be heavy favourites to similarly dispatch a Lens team that have won just two of their first seven games of the new season to sit narrowly above the Ligue 1 relegation zone.
However, Franck Haise’s side did manage to claim a solid point away at Sevilla a fortnight ago, so will be keen to prove that they are no pushovers at this level.
