MUMBAI: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Thursday announced a four-tiered regulatory framework for categorisation of Urban Co-operative Banks (UCBs).

Besides, the central bank has come out with norms pertaining to the net worth and capital adequacy of these banks.
