RB Leipzig name their price for Christopher Nkunku and other Manchester United transfer rumours

Manchester United are still interested in signing Christopher Nkunku after RB Leipzig set their price for the in-form Frenchman, according to reports.

Speculation over the 24-year-old's future continues to swirl and the Bundesliga team are braced for formal approaches from across Europe during the summer window. It's thought it would take around €75million (£63.1million) to secure his services.

Nkunku is admired by Ralf Rangnick from his time with the RB group. Despite that hefty fee, meanwhile, the interim manager has not been put off as he prepares to take up an advisory role at United this summer.

Having scored 26 goals and provided 15 assists in all competitions this season, the former PSG star is one of the top performers in Europe. As a result, he was called up to the France national team for the first time this week.

German publication BILD suggest the Old Trafford giants are 'very hot' on signing Nkunku. However, there is thought to be widespread interest in the attacking midfielder.

United are, meanwhile, prepared to offer Antonio Rudiger a staggering £300,000 per week to sign for them.

Into the final few months of his contract at Chelsea, there are huge question marks over his future in west London as a result of sanctions imposed on Roman Abramovich amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. As things stand that is set to have a huge impact on any transfer business Chelsea can do.

Rudiger is thought to want to stay at Chelsea despite interest from United, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid. But the final decision might, ultimately, be taken out of his hands.

According to The Express (via Give Me Sport ) key figures in the Old Trafford boardroom are willing to lay down jaw-dropping terms for the Germany international. PSG have also been credited with interest.
