This is the brilliant moment when a raving "granny" sent Calvin Harris fans wild with some crazy dance moves at last night's Hampden Park gig.
Thousands of punters packed into Scotland's national stadium for the DJ's long-awaited return to home soil on Saturday, July 2. Among those was a legendary nameless lady who stole the show on the night.
In hilarious footage, the crowd can be seen creating a circle around the woman as she showcases her best moves. The experienced raver was two-stepping, knee-twisting and pointing in all her glory as fellow fans cheered her on along to Calvin's 2011 hit, We Found Love featuring Rhianna, reports Glasgow Live.
The brilliant lady was wearing a peach and white pattered tunic with white board shorts and comfortable, white trainers, alongside a white bucket hat.
As Dumfries DJ Calvin built the roaring crowd up closer and closer to the drop and chorus one smart aleck changed the mood momentarily by stealing the lady's bucket hat. Within seconds the beat dropped, the crowd went wild and she appeared lost in the abyss.
One Twitter user, who shared the footage online, wrote: "Somebody's gran was absolutely loving life at Calvin Harris last night."
In a second clip, however, the lady emerges once again, triumphant as she appears to have retrieved her headgear and manages to put it back on. Again punters part ways to give the unassuming star of the show room to show off her best moves.
As We Found Love continues to fill the stadium, bystanders clap and cheer, but for the raving 'granny' as opposed to the world-renowned DJ on stage. Unfortunately the hat was removed from the lady's head a couple more times but it was returned to its rightful owner every time.
The beaming gig-goer's smile was infectious among other fans who asked for a quick selfie before the beat dropped again.
The Twitter user who shared the second clip wrote: "Hahaha, yes gran."
Calvin, 38, was fresh from playing sets at Ushuaia in Ibiza before heading to Glasgow's Soutside for a steller Saturday night gig. It's believed he now lives on a 138-acre ranch on the White Isle but was full of praise for the crowd on home turf.
He took to social media after the gig to share an amazing snap of a full Hampden crowd with fireworks going off in the background. Calvin, who's engaged to 32-year-old radio presenter Vick Hope, captioned the incredible photo, 'Scotland' with the Saltire emoji.
Fans commented in their droves to hail what they described as an 'epic' and 'absolutely wild' night.
