NEW DELHI: India off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin gained two places on Wednesday to reach the top spot in the latest ICC Test rankings for bowlers.
Ashwin replaced veteran England pacer James Anderson as the new World No.1 bowler in Tests. The off-spinner jumped two places after taking six wickets in India's six-wicket win against Australia in the second Test of the four-match series in Delhi.
