The Baltimore Ravens were able to put together a rather impressive 2022 draft class. They drafted using the best player available strategy while also adding prospects at positions of need, and came away with a bunch of rookies that could contribute early and often for them.
Baltimore kicked off their voluntary organized team activities, and on Wednesday multiple members of the organization talked to the media. One of the players who spoke was tight end Mark Andrews, and when he was asked about his early impressions of the Ravens’ 2022 draft class he talked glowingly about a few of his new teammates.
“Extremely excited about that draft class – a lot of ballers. Kyle Hamilton is a really long, rangy guy, really athletic. And then you look at the two guys in our room, Charlie [Kolar] and Isaiah [Likely] – it’s just fun being out here. It feels like they’re lightyears ahead of where I was [as a rookie], or how I felt. They’re very confident, they understand the offense, they’re running great routes, they’re catching the ball well. The moment is not too big for them, which is great to see for them.”
