The Baltimore Ravens have a plethora of safety depth on their roster that includes Marcus Williams, Kyle Hamilton and more. However, the unsung hero of the group has been Chuck Clark, who has been a steady presence on the Baltimore defensive unit for years.
During locker clean out, Clark was asked about his future with the Ravens after it surfaced last offseason that he had requested a trade from the organization. This time around Clark said that he wants to stay in Baltimore, saying he’s comfortable with the organization but also mentioned sometimes you “have to step out of your comfort zone.”
“Oh, yes, definitely. This is the team that drafted me; I’ve been here [for] all my career; I’m comfortable here; I know the other guys, the locker room, the environment. I don’t know. Sometimes, you’ve got to step out of your comfort zone. You never know what’s going to happen.”
