Ravens’ Roquan Smith dove into the Browns rivalry with some jarring trash talk

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith sounds very ready for his team’s away game against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.

In fact, he sounds so ready that he’s already making very stark claims of how well the Ravens will play in Cleveland this weekend.

While speaking to reporters on Thursday, Smith went deep into the philosophy of what it’s like to play your rival on the road. The AFC North has no shortage of rivalries, and there is certainly no love lost between the Ravens and the Browns.

Smith went as so far to explain going into an opposing environment as trying to take over someone’s house.

“You’re considered the bad guy because you’re going into, essentially, another man’s house, and you’re trying to take over,” Smith shared about the team’s upcoming trip to Ohio. “His wife, kids, everyone there to watch them. So we going over to beat their tails in front of their wife and kids. So when you think about it from that perspective, any man is going to fight to the death at that point. I know if that’s me in that case, I know I would.”

If you’re in Cleveland on Sunday, it sounds like you’re in for a good one.
