The Baltimore Ravens are dealing with multiple injuries at a few different positions through just two weeks of the 2022 season. The developments have them looking at every avenue to improve their roster and bring in more quality depth, which could certainly come in the form of signings.
On Tuesday, multiple reports surfaced of Baltimore bringing in veteran pass rusher Jason Pierre-Paul and veteran linebacker Blake Martinez for visits. Both would bring experience to the Ravens’ defense, and Pierre-Paul in particular would fill a massive need.
This is the second meeting between Ravens and Jason Pierre-Paul this year. Baltimore is extremely thin at edge rusher. https://t.co/buvPY9S7ph

Pierre-Paul has played in a total of 165 games and has racked up a total of 438 tackles, 91.5 sacks and 21 forced fumbles in his time with the New York Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He would provide inside-outside versatility, with a bevy of pass rushing moves in his arsenal.
Martinez has totaled 686 tackles and 13 sacks during his six-year NFL career. He’d provide inside linebacker depth to a unit that just saw rookie Josh Ross land on injured reserve.
