The Baltimore Ravens and quarterback Lamar Jackson ended a long contract saga last Thursday, as the two sides agreed on a five-year, $260 million deal that included $185 million practically guaranteed. Despite agreeing on the deal, nothing was made official over the last week, until Thursday came along.
One week after the agreement was reached, Baltimore and Jackson officially put pen to paper, signing the deal that will make him the highest paid player in the NFL in terms of average annual value. The Ravens’ social media pages posted multiple videos and pictures of the occasion, getting the Baltimore fanbase excited.
