Ravens CB Trayvon Mullen exits training camp practice with a shoulder injury

Trayvon Mullen faces an uphill battle to make the Baltimore Ravens roster, but there is a chance he could stick as a third-string cornerback.

Of course, he’ll have to stay fully healthy to accomplish that, as injuries have held him back in recent years. Saturday saw Mullen suffer yet another injury issue.

The former Clemson star exited practice early with what head coach John Harbaugh confirmed was a shoulder problem.

“He fell on it, his shoulder, so we’re going to have to see where we’re at when we get back in there (the training room).”

We should know more about his status by the end of the weekend.

Mullen, who has not played since 2022, was claimed off waivers by the Ravens in January 2023.

The club re-signed him that March but then released him due to a non-football injury designation in July. The Ravens then placed the five-year veteran on the non-football injury list.

He’s seen action with the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders, Arizona Cardinals, and Dallas Cowboys throughout his career.
