Ravens CB Rock Ya-Sin shares what he envisions his role in Baltimore being

The Baltimore Ravens are expecting big things from cornerback Rock Ya-Sin after signing him to a one-year deal worth up to $6 million. He will slot in where former Baltimore cornerback Marcus Peters played, and bring a physical style of football to the Ravens’ already physical secondary.

When Ya-Sin was asked about what his role with his new team could be, he said that he’ll do whatever he’s asked. He revealed that he’s been working mostly on the outside, but that things can change.

“I’m just going to do whatever they ask me. I’m not sure right now. I’m working mostly outside now, but things [can] change.”

Ya-Sin also discussed his preference as to whether he enjoys playing on the inside or outside more.

“For myself, I’ve been playing outside [for] my first four years in the league. So, I mean I probably prefer to be out there, but like I said, we’ll see how it goes.”
