The Baltimore Ravens hold the 22nd overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft, which could prove to be a very important selection when looking back on it in the future. There are multiple avenues that the team could decide to go with the choice, with the most popular positions need-wise being cornerback and wide receiver.
In his latest 2023 NFL mock draft, Will Brinson of CBS Sports added a star wide receiver prospect to Baltimore’s improved wideout arsenal in Ohio State’s Jaxon Smith-Njigba. When explaining his decision, Brinson talked about how Smith-Njigba could lure quarterback Lamar Jackson back to the team on the $32.4 million tag number.
“WR run! These receivers are odd and need fitting parts, but grabbing the consensus “best wideout” in the draft, plus Odell Beckham Jr. in free agency, should be enough to lure Lamar Jackson in on the tag number.”
