Liverpool played out a thrilling 4-4 draw with Southampton in their last Premier League game of the season.
The Reds raced into a two-goal lead inside the first 15 minutes, finishes from Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino putting Jurgen Klopp's side in the driving seat to claim three points, though the home side rallied to turn the game on its head.
James Ward-Prowse pulled one goal back for the Saints with a composed finish past Caoimhin Kelleher, with Kamaldeen Sulemana making it 2-2 nine minutes later. Southampton took the lead, Sulemana again on the scoresheet, picking out the bottom right corner just three minutes into the second half.
