Everton were forced to settle for a point in their draw with Nottingham Forest.
The Blues were held to a 1-1 stalemate with Forest at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon. After a goalless first half, Brennan Johnson put the visitors in front before Demarai Gray equalised in the closing minutes.
The draw against Forest brings up Everton’s first point of the new season. After three matches, and defeats in the opening two matches, the Blues have a solitary point to their name so far.
