Everton claimed a much-needed victory against Chelsea to maintain their hopes of avoiding relegation from the Premier League.
The Blues secured a 1-0 win at Goodison Park, thanks to a second half strike from Richarlison. After a goalless first half, the Brazilian capitalised on a mistake from Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta to fire the Blues in front shortly after the restart.

After the results over the weekend, Everton are now two points adrift in the relegation zone with a game in hand. Next up for the Blues is an away trip to Leicester City next Sunday.
