Manchester United will be without at least three players for Thursday’s Europa League clash with Sevilla at Old Trafford.
The Reds have been hit by injury and suspension in swathes this season, albeit they remain on track for a top four finish and are in the latter stages of the Europa League and FA Cup having already lifted the Carabao Cup.
Casemiro was eligible for the European clash with Sevilla anyway as his domestic suspension doesn't cover European fixtures. The midfielder will make his Premier League return against Nottingham Forest on Sunday after a four-game ban.

Christian Erisken made his first appearance since sustaining January’s ankle injury against Everton at the weekend. He could make his first start since his setback against Sevilla while Anthony Martial is in line for a first start since January 14. However, a handful of others will play no part in Thursday’s contest. Here's the United injury latest.
Marcus Rashford
United confirmed on Wednesday that Rashford would be sidelined for the next few games with Sevilla being the first. The attacker pulled up with a groin problem late on in Saturday’s 2-0 win over Everton. His loss comes as a blow for United with their top scorer shouldering most of the goal burden this season. Rashford's 28 strikes in all competitions mark his most prolific campaign ever.
Possible return date: Unknown
Luke Shaw
Shaw sat out the win over Everton after being forced off 37 minutes into last Wednesday’s 1-0 win over Brentford. The nature of left-back’s setback has not been disclosed but Ten Hag insists his issue is not long-term. The England star has played a significant role this season, sometimes as the left-sided centre-back when Lisandro Martinez is not on the field. Tyrell Malacia is in line to deputise.
Possible return date: April 16
Alejandro Garnacho
The winger is not available for the tie with Sevilla but is due to return for the run-in. His ankle problem is more severe than Shaw’s, according to Ten Hag. Garnacho would have been the natural choice to fill in on the left wing amid Rashford’s absence but instead Jadon Sancho is likely to take up the position.
Possible return date: Unknown
Tom Heaton
Back-up goalkeeper Heaton has missed the last few squad selections after hurting his ankle in training ahead of United’s 3-1 FA Cup quarter-final win over Fulham last month. He is expected to be back soon, with an initial mid-April deadline given.
Possible return date: April 13
