Rapper BeatKing passes away from pulmonary embolism at age 39

Houston rapper and producer BeatKing, also known as Club Godzilla, has passed away at the age of 39.

TMZ reported that the Texas rapper, whose real name was Justin Riley, died on Thursday due to a pulmonary embolism. His manager, Tasha Felder, confirmed in a statement shared on social media. The note read, "Today, Aug. 15, 2024, we have lost BeatKing. He has been the best part of the club for over a decade. He has produced and worked with so many artists that his sound will forever live."
