Rape conviction of Blue Mountains teen overturned

A teenage boy accused of raping a girl he knew at a party west of Sydney has successfully appealed his sexual assault convictions.

The decision overturns a nine-month sentence in youth detention for the sexual assault alleged to have occurred when the former Katoomba High School student was 16 at a house party in the Blue Mountains.
