Television presenter and journalist Ranvir Singh was stunned after she called to what appeared to be Prince Andrew's mobile phone number in Jeffrey Epstein's and Ghislaine Maxwell's address book while researching for a new ITV documentary.
The Good Morning Britain presenter is part of an ITV documentary titled Ghislaine, Prince Andrew and the Paedophile which explores how The Queen's second son is now embroiled in the scandal as he faces his own possible civil court case brought by Virginia Giuffre.
Andrew has strenuously denied the allegations made by Ms Giuffre against him.

Discussing the documentary with GMB presenters Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid, the broadcaster teased viewers with a preview clip of the documentary which shows her attempting to call a number linked to Prince Andrew.
Looking at what she describes as 'the black book', Ranvir says: “The names and numbers in here are vast it’s not exactly a little black book by any means.
“But one really catches your attention is the one up here and this is for the Duke of York.
“‘Duke of York, Buckingham Palace London’ his address, it says here and there are numbers for Sunning Hill, Wood Farm, his Equerry, Balmoral.
“There’s what looks like a mobile phone number on here for him, I’m going to give it a go.”
Ranvir was stunned to hear what appeared to be the Duke of York’s voice as his voicemail message played.
"I'm afraid I've not been quick enough to get to the phone before it went off to take your message," comes the pre-recorded reply.
"If you do have a message please leave it and I will get back to you as soon as I can."
A bemused Ranvir is left opened mouth, then decides to leave a message.
"Hello, I think this might be Prince Andrew. This is Ranvir Singh from ITV," she says.
"We found your number in the little black book and we'd like to have a chat with you, if you get back to us."
After ending the call, giggling Ranvir adds: " I mean that sounded like Prince Andrew. Prince Andrew's voice on a voicemail."
The names contained in the list of contacts include some of the UK's highest-profile people. There is no allegation of wrongdoing against those detailed in the directory.
Ranvir notes that the address written for Andrew in the 'little black book' is Buckingham Palace, London, while there are also numbers of other residences including his old home Sunninghill and Balmoral.
In this new ITV documentary, Ranvir is unravelling the story of how Maxwell, an entitled daughter of a billionaire, sank into shame and disgrace through her friendship with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Maxwell's trial shone a spotlight on the lifestyle of her, Epstein and their circle, including private jets, New York mansions and luxury exotic islands.
Ranvir explores Maxwell and Epstein's extensive network of rich, powerful and famous friends, speaking with some of those in their 'little black book' of contacts and examining evidence from the trial including flight logs from Epstein's private planes listing famous passengers.
The presenter speaks to survivors who tell her Maxwell was equally to blame for using her influence as a woman to persuade them into Epstein's web of abuse.
Maxwell's brother Ian describes the friendship between his sister and Prince Andrew, while a juror at her trial recalls the details of the case and what happened in the courtroom.
It comes after a US judge ruled a civil case in New York against Andrew by his sex accuser Ms Giuffre could go ahead. Andrew strenuously denies any wrongdoing.
The prince's lawyers want to quiz Ms Giuffre's psychologist to see if his accuser is suffering from "false memories" of meeting him.
The lawyers state that the royal "contends that [Ms Giuffre] may suffer from false memories, as evidenced by the fact that her claims regarding her time with Epstein, and the circumstances under which [Prince Andrew] allegedly assaulted her, have repeatedly changed over the years".
After it was announced that the civil case would go ahead, Prince Andrew returned his Royal patronages to the Queen and will defend his forthcoming case as a "private citizen".
A statement from Buckingham Palace said: "With The Queen's approval and agreement The Duke of York's military affiliations and Royal patronages have been returned to the Queen.
"The Duke of York will continue not to undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a private citizen."
Ghislaine, Prince Andrew and the Paedophile is on ITV at 9pm on Tuesday, January 18.
