It doesn’t get as much buzz these days since the early signing period tends to take the cake in recruiting now, but national signing day for college football was still a thing on Wednesday. The Ohio State football team had already put together its class more or less, but did add one important piece to round things out.
Some other teams also added to what they had in the cupboard after the early signing period in December, and with all of that, the classes are now basically complete.
We took a look at ranking the Big Ten programs based on their 247Sports recruiting rankings before the turn of the year, and now that the traditional national signing day is over, we can look back and get a final product to see where Ohio State landed among teams like Oregon, Michigan, Penn State, and others.
Here is a look at the rankings of the 2024 football recruiting classes in the Big Ten from least favorable to the unofficial recruiting winner — at least according to the folks at 247Sports.
