After M Shahrukh Khan and B Indrajith's willow power gave them a crucial first innings lead against Delhi in their Ranji Trophy season opener, Tamil Nadu take on Chhattisgarh in Game 2 at the Nehru Stadium in Guwahati from Thursday.
Unlike the wicket at the Barsapara Stadium venue for Tamil Nadu's first game the wicket here is expected to give a lot more assistance to the bowlers. "It looks like a slow wicket which will take turn as the match progresses," Tamil Nadu coach M Venkataramana told TOI on the eve of the contest.
