Ranji Trophy final: MCA to launch Wankhede Stadium’s ‘half-century’ celebrations

MUMBAI: The Mumbai Cricket Association is planning to launch the Wankhede Stadium’s ‘Golden Jubilee’ celebrations during the Ranji Trophy final match between Mumbai and Vidarbha at the iconic venue from March 10-14.

“A special memento commemorating the occasion of 50 years of the Wankhede Stadium will be presented to both the team’s captains and all the match officials before the start of play on Day 1 of the Ranji Trophy final,” a source told TOI.
